SOURCE: blower works. However, only at one speed: LOW. no matter if set at low, medium, or high.

After two summers of sweating under the sun, it's fixed!!! There were two wires which looked like ground wires right above the glove box. One of the two wires was almost totally severed due to an overstuffed glove box. I guess every time I open and close the glove box, paperwork in the glove box push the wire up and down. It's like bending the wire back and fourth. Over time the 2-3 mm thick wires slowly sever. Upon inspection, my wires only had 3 strands holding it together which explains the fan staying on the low position due to slow ground. I re-attached the wires and soldered them back into place. Now my AC works like new - thanks to Mathew the Mechanic.. Thank you for asking. I really hope this posting helps someone with the same unique problem.

SOURCE: knock on left front suspension over bumps and rough roads

Have the sway-bar end-links replaced. They will thunk and rattle over washboard or severe bumps, but will not when wheels are turned and sway-bar is loaded.Fairly cheap and easy repair, no alignment needed.

SOURCE: my A/C on my 04 dakota quad cab v6 only works on high, not on medium or low. I get no fan or anything on low or medium. Is there a separate fuse for low and medium.

Replace the blower resistor.

SOURCE: water in the radiator reducing everyday in mitsubishi pajero IO

Good chance it's the plastic coupling linking the rear heater area and the front of the truck. It's a small Y-coupling. Breaks and leaks all the time. Easily exposed to everything, like snow and ice kicking up.

SOURCE: I have high speed blower but no medium or low

It's likely a relay. I've often seen where the lower settings are ran through one relay and the higher setting ran through another because of the difference in amperage. I'd start there, the relays are often pretty cheap and a lot easier to replace than tearing the dash apart to change the switch.

Just put new suspension shocks on it and check all the linkages and bushings. Something must be worn or loose.

Pajero how to use 4wd gair

if your vehicle has manual locking front hubs then you need to turn them to lock first. then it's best to have the car on but not moving and perhaps in neutral gear put in the clutch and using the transfer lever select either low or high range. some vehicles need to go in reverse first before the transfer gears engage; that is usually hiluxes.Don't forget to do this procedure in reverse when returning to normal road driving as it is not good for the car to be driving on the road in 4x4

Unable to engage 4wd 1993 pajero

Do the 4 wheeldrive lights in the middle of the instrument cluster flash when you've selected 4 Wheel Drive?. Have you tried move forward with the transferbox lever to 4 Wheel Low on a NON-Asphalt/Tarmac surface[ie, dirt road/trail. Sometimes on a Gen 2 Pajero/Montero that hasn't had the 4 Wheel selection used in awhile, do this trick, before moving the lever back up to 4 Wheel High[with no center diff lock] seems to free up a sticking t-box. Also, make sure all your vacuum hoses for the front axle connection system are attached to their metal pipes or solenoids, esp. the main connection at the engine[your source of vacuum for the system.]

Driving a automatic 4x4 pajero there is a number of settings which would be the settings i use to do normal road driving gears are P,R,N,D,2,L1 then there is the diff gears which shold that be in then...

for normal driving in D for all forward motion. There is no need to move out of D when stopped at traffic lights etc. R when you want to go backwards. P when you have come to a stop and parking brake is applied. NEVER when moving. 2 and L1 when in snow or mud and traction is a problem. All this is for normal driving in 4H or 2H if available. This is on the second gearstick, this is to change the transfer box ratios. Only use low 4L when in deep snow or mud and never over 25mph. the s.m.h are to alter the suspension, soft medium or hard. on your centre consul is the swith for this. Depending on the age of the vehicle and how well it has been looked after this may or may not work. I hope this helps, send again if you need any more info.
