Oxygen sensors are always numbered like this:
Bank 1 sensor 1
Bank 2 sensor 1
Bank 1 sensor 2
Bank 2 sensor 2
some manufacturers use a kind of shorthand that reads different, but means the same thing:
Sensor 1/1 or O2s 1/1
Sensor 2/1 or O2s 2/1
Sensor 1/2 or O2s 1/2
Sensor 2/2 or O2s 2/2
Bank 1 is always the side of the engine where cylinder number 1 is located and, of coarse, Bank 2 is the opposite side.
On a 4 cylinder engine, there is only 1 bank and it is always referred to as Bank 1.
Sensor 1 is always the upstream sensor (The one located BEFORE the catalytic converter)
Sensor 2 is always the downstream sensor (the one that is located AFTER the catalytic converter.
Most GM engines have #1 cylinder located on the left bank, (or Driver's Side) of the engine,
I believe your talking about the Oxygen sensors and bank 2 is the one that includes Cylinder #2..on your van it is the Passenger side.
I would assume you are talking about the bank 2 HO2S these are located on the exhaust and they look like a bigger sparkplug with upto 4 wires comming out of them. if your system has 2 on each you will need to know if its the first or second sensor. bank one is where spark plug number one is so the opisite side is bank 2. please clarify if this is not what you ment...

First of all, you haven't revealed which model and what year vehicle you have ... it's pretty damn difficult to help when that kind of information is omitted... ya think?
You're right!... it's an O2 sensor code.. it means there's an OPEN/SHORT in its circuit.
Now, I did a SEARCH on Hyundai's website and found that P2251 only exists for a 2011 Hyundai vehicle - is this YOUR case? If so, it's under warranty. Take the vehicle to an authorized service center and they'll fix it under warranty.
