For your ignition you should use a 20-30 amp fuse. However, it sounds like you have a short somewhere. If you have a short it is not going to matter how big of a fuse you use it will keep blowing out. You best bet would be to take your car into the shop and tell them you have a short and to find and fix it. I must warn you though, shorts are very often times very hard to find, and take alot of time to find. Therefore most of the time they are expensive to fix. I know that probably was not what you wanted to here, But I hope it gives you a place to start out at. Hopefully this helps you out.

My 20 amp fuse that starts my 2002 Chrysler sebring LXI keeps blowing

The only load on that fuse is the starter solenoid. If the fuse is blowing, the solenoid is fried. Get a new starter.

My starter 20 amp fuse keeps blowing out in my 2002 Chrysler sebring LXI

There is a short in wiring from battery to starter or starter to ignition switch. Possible problem: STARTER WIRE TOUCHING EXHAUST PIPE OR EXHAUST MANIFOLD.

yea agree but first listen when u turn the key, if the fuel pump makes some noise it means u have a problem with the starter! if no sound from the pump (sound should comes from the back seats) then its pump!

2002 sebring start/fuel fuse

Sounds like the fuel pump could be shorted or seized. I would begin troubleshooting there. It may need replacing.

01 chrysler sebring was running good but now keeps blowing 20 amp fuse to starter and fuel system

something in the ignition circuit is drawing too much current.the starter draws 10 times that much current.check for shorted wires or a bad coil pack,or even the module,or a short in the distributor.get the wiring diagram.put a 25 watt bulb in the fuse instead,it will light and limit the current to 2 amps.disconnect items until the light goes out,and then check things on that power rail.
