I have lost the keys to my 95 jeep the locksmith got the code from the dealer but it was wrong now they say they will have to pull the locks. Is there any way of getting a correct code? I went to my local dealer and they said I had to use a locksmith but i read on your site that they could help so i am not sure what to do.

Is it unlocked to get in it? power locks? You'll need to get a new ignition lock cylinder with keys from the dealer or parts store. Or call a locksmith to see what they can do.
I work at jeep and this is very common. you need a new ignition lock cylinder. easy repair but you need to buy it from a dealer and bring the key and lock cylinder to a locksmith to get it coded
Have you tried the Dealership, give them your vin number and they should be able to cut you a key through the code book, just tell them you lost your keys.
