My 2001 isuzu rodeo trasmission is shifting to nuetral on its own after i come to a stop. I just had it rebuilt about two months ago. Could the problem be electrical? But there are no check transmission lights on

Given the age and possible mileage on the unit, you will be money ahead if you order a rebuilt one that has a warranty. There are too many items that need to be inspected and replaced if worn on that transmission. There are seals, bushings, clutches, orings, etc.
check the charging rate the alternator is producing, if the performance is insufficient, it can cause other warning lights to come on as the system does not have sufficient power to run their self diagnostics within their operating parameters.
It sounds like a wheel sensor is failing, this will trip the ABS and cause the brakes to feel a bit weird. You will need to press the brake harder to stop if the ABS getts tripped.
After market spark plugs could be the problem.
Reinstall the old plugs and see if that fixes it.
This vehicle has an ion sensing ignition system and is real sensitive to the proper spark plugs. I would get the proper plugs from the dealer if the old ones work.
The codes P1311 and P1312 are ion sensing codes.
i had the same problem a year ago. took the car and device to local locksmith(Very credible one)they reprogrammed it for me for about $30.00 . works fine now
