I am having problems with getting my 1998 Honda Accord EX(2.3 engine) back in time like its supposed to be. Please help

Look behind the engine, almost directly under the engine air intake unit, to locate the vehicle speed sensor. Locate the sensor's 12 mm hex bolt. The bolt is slightly further back and towards the driver's side of the car, relative to the vehicle speed sensor connector.Jan 9, 2023

Did you check the condensor fan to make sure its working

have the compression checked its likely a head gasket is leaking and letting antifreeze back in the cylinder when you turn off the engine radiator would also be a lttle low

Blown fuse?, check to owners manual for a theft system fuse.

The exhaust may be restricted. Will it run higher than 3900 with the exhaust unbolted from the manifold?

Have you tried putting your Valet (original keys) into the ignition and turning it to the II position?
