Check your brake fluid level 1st. There are 3 different symbols, all related to brake system. A circle in brackets is brake fluid 'non petroleum based'. There is also an exclamation in brackets (brake system) , and abs in a circle. Do u have the owner's manual? It would have an explanation of the symbols. I'll send a site to get a free download of the manual for you, so if this doesn't answer your question, you can get it from the manual (and it's good to have the manual for future reference). Curt

you have a check engine light on, you should take it to your preferred shop for diagnosis and repair

every time that light stays on it means that the ABS sistem is disabled...if theres a problem with the sistem it disables itself for safety...so you need to take the car to have it checked and figure out what is wrong, that light is there to let you know theres a problem and now the sistem is disabled so u need to have it scanned and diagnosed.

It has to do with the transmission. The 'S' stands for standard and 'W' winter. In 'S' mode, the transmission starts out in 1st gear normally, but when you select In 'W' mode, the transmission will start out in 2nd gear, to help reduce wheel spin/slip on slippery surfaces.
EMC (Emirates Motor Company) means that it was destined for the middle east suchas Saudi or Kuwait etc.... Check out the link below for more info.
