I put in a new water pump because i saw a bit of water on ground under it, also i heard noise once in a while from the pump, its original at 65k. After i replaced it, and put all back on, i got the temp now rising up near the end and the message light said, check gauges. Do you think its the thermostat?

Did you have a problem with that before??..Its always a good rule of thumb to change the thermostat when you change the waterpump..But if you had no problem with it before than it might still have some air in the system..Check see if you have any bleeder screws to let the air out..Usually located around the thermostat or near the waterpump

Has anyone heard gurgling noise coming from under the dash console of your 2004 Avalon. It almost sounds like water going through a line with air in it or something. Also have a clicking noise coming...

Sounds like air in the system for the heater core. I had a mechanic tell me once to take the radiator cap off (when car is cold) then start the car with it off for about 25 minutes. Try to park so that the front end of the car is higher than the back. The air bubble will work it's way up to the top and come out. The coolant may splash a little when the air bubble does rise and come out. You will notice that the coolant level in the radiator is a bit lower. When you notice that, shut the car off, top off the radiator with coolant, put the cap back on and you shouldn't notice the gurgling anymore. You can repeat it again as needed. I've done this on my own vehicle and it did get rid of the rushing water noise. Hope this helps.

Started engine, heard a grinding noise & smoke

Sounds like one of the accessory pulleys locked up and smoked the serpentine belt. The air conditioning pump would be my first suspect, but grab all the pulleys and turn them. The problem pulley will probably be discolored, and have belt residue on or near it.

I have a 1998 mazda manual, Water has come out then the car overheat. We put new howes and coolent and this morning all the coolent and water comes out, Can it be athe water pump and if so could I put that...

No the water pump is not automatic with the timing belt, but it should have been recommended. If the coolant is coming out the passenger side of the engine it is most likely the pump. If it blowing out the radiator or coolant resevoir it is a blown head gasket.
I always recommend that the water pump be replaced with the timing components or the timing components with the water pump. you only want to do it once for labor costs. I am under no obligation to do that, it's just good practice to keep customers happy. And I like to give customers the heads up on what could happen if I only replaced a part that needed replaced and saw a part that was worn in the same area, to replace it while it was open and save them the labor cost of going in after it later. It's just good practice. The other mechanic is under no obligation to replace your pump. Find a reputable mechanic that knows what he is doing.

Replacement vacuum pump bearing also fails in 1400 miles

This unfortunetly just sounds like one of those cases when a new part was just bad in the first place. It does happen, they are still put together by humans- I belive if you put another on, it will most likley last. From what I've read, it sound like you were carefull and dilligant in your work, and dbl checking after finished.

Replaced water pump for the 5th time and it leaks from the hole u

No , it's not normal to leak.
Either , water pump is bad ( 5 times ? )
or instalation was bad or more likely , leak is not the water pump at all
