I'm trying to locate a vacuum diagram for a 2003 ford taurus one of the hoses have came off and trying to locate it

Check Fuses and Relays, but this has a GEM (general electronics module). You may need and auto-electrician as nothing covers brake lights, but that may be a fault with the brake light switch.

There's a sticker under the hood that shows the vacuum hose routing

All 2003 Ford vehicles were shipped with vacuum line routing diagrams printed on a sticker, which should be affixed inside your engine compartment. It is important that you use THAT diagram, as vacuum routing varies widely from vehicle to vehicle depending upon options and regional configuration.

P1506 Idle Air Control Over Speed Error.
Vacuum leak or throttle sticking:
Are the vacuum controlled heater functions working properly?
Try plugging off the Evap Emissions hoses, large and small.
Use a tire gauge to measure idle fuel pressure, both with modulator valve normal and vacuum hose off. Should be 30 and 40 psi.Measure vacuum with a gauge. I would expect near 20 inches at normal idle.I'd replace the PCV valve, and carefully inspect the hose and connections.

Vacuum line clogged or Vacuum controlling solenoid/motor issue.

That is the (Differential Pressure Feedback Exhaust) - e.g. EGR Valve. You shouldn't have any trouble finding it. There is usually a metal tube from the exhaust manifold going to it,as well as one or two vacuum hoses.
It has to also, direct exhaust gas into the intake,so there is your key.
