It might be the drivers window switch. All power goes through there before the other window switches. But first check your fuses. Look in your owners manual to find location.

if you have manual windows is there a crank in the back two windows if not try pulling the door panal off of those two doors wich is really simple its like three screws and then just pull real hard and the push ins will pop right out. an gm might have put the crank mechanisim inside the door panel but not put a handle on it an over time the crank has let the windows slide down a bit, if it hads that just put a handle on it and try to roll it up some if it wont move there is a locking screw it is the screw closest to the front of the vehicle if the door is closed just losen it up a turn or two and then try to roll the window up. if this does not work or you do not have the crank mechanisim you r prob goign to have to get your windows resealed cause your seal has gotten old.

it is 8 years old and it is the most used window. it needs a new regulator, buy one at a parts store or on ebay and pay a glass shop to put it in for you.

pull the driver side door panel off and check if the wiring harness has come unplugged or loose

The window motors are getting weak. If they are stuck down you can sometimes get them up by giving a firm hard hit on inside lower door panel while holding button up. In my 1997 S-10 extended cab, you have to take the upper torx bolt out for the seatbelt, the clothes hook above the extended cab window, and a few other minor screws. Should be easy to see.

YES THE SWITCH IS BAD SINCE IT RECEIVES THE MOST USE DURNING OPERATION ESPECIALLY THE DRIVERS DOOR REPLACE THE SWITCH AND IT SHOULD WORK FINE
