Clunking noise while turning/hitting bumps

Check the abs sensor on that wheel and it's wiring. It sits very close to brake disk and could be loose or fouls by dirt and corrosion. Easy to replace.

Get it to a reputable suspension shop to have it checked out,if it was said a part on the steering then you don't want to risk losing steering when the worn parts break.Speculating it could be tie rods,sway bar links,ball joints,bushings etc etc everything that moves when you hit the bumps.

The most common causes are ball joints or strut mounts.

mine was making a clonking noise turned out to be a broken coil spring

Faulty transmission or drive shaft maybe? either you've hit something like a curb or speed bump or its just loose.

i would be checking the lower ball joints if they arent replaced soon they will come undone at the worst time and you will then need a tow truck or flat bed

if you move the drive shaft,you will probably hear a clunk from play in the transfer case.

universal joints clunk,is it in the rear end then maybe it is the rear end.you kinda need to be more specific if this information doesn't help

have it put on a lift and the shocks and struts checked, they may be loose or defective.

It could be lash in the differential which is normal, but it could also be a loose u-joint in the driveshaft. Check the rear driveshaft u-joints.
