Hay I would check your sway bar in the front .The bal may have came out of the seat located under front wheel well. Also they could be just loose. Check by rocking your jeep side to side .

My 2004 gmc denali makes a grinding / clunking noise in the rear left side only when going over bumps in the road. Then the abs light and traction light flashes on then back off. It only makes the noise...

Check the abs sensor on that wheel and it's wiring. It sits very close to brake disk and could be loose or fouls by dirt and corrosion. Easy to replace.

The clunking noise is now a grinding noise in the front driver side. I am told that it is a part attached to the steering box component.

Get it to a reputable suspension shop to have it checked out,if it was said a part on the steering then you don't want to risk losing steering when the worn parts break.Speculating it could be tie rods, sway bar links, ball joints, bushings etc etc everything that moves when you hit the bumps.

When in reverse my car makes a clunking noise like it is going to fall apart

Faulty transmission or drive shaft maybe? either you've hit something like a curb or speed bump or its just loose.

When I hit a bump with my 2005 f-150 it vibrates

i would be checking the lower ball joints if they arent replaced soon they will come undone at the worst time and you will then need a tow truck or flat bed

2005 jeep liberty shifting from 4x4 to 4x2 there is a clunking noise like hitting a very small speed bump.

if you move the drive shaft, you will probably hear a clunk from play in the transfer case.

2004 Jeep Wrangler - Clunking Noise when shifting out of Park

It could be lash in the differential which is normal, but it could also be a loose u-joint in the driveshaft. Check the rear driveshaft u-joints.
