If the Starter isn't turning the engine over, but you hear a clicking sound, you may have a bad Starter.
If the Starter is turning the engine over, but you are getting no Spark, you may have a failed Camshaft or Crankshaft Position Sensor, or your Timing Belt may have jumped or broken(common on the neons).
If the Starter is turning the engine over, but you are getting Spark, you may have a failed fuel pump, fuel pump relay, or fuel pressure regulator.
Before you start replacing sensor, double check the Timing belt to ensure it hasn't broken or jumped, and check to see if you are getting a spark or not.

when i turn on the key i cant hear any humming sound. im trying to switch the fuses still nothing comes out in the fuel line and i cant hear any humming sound is that a possible electrical problem? or fuel pump? by the way fuel filter is included in the fuel pump thanks
