PULL WIPER FUSE......WAIT...RE-INSERT. IF THIS DOESN'T DO IT THEN YOU HAVE A SWITCH OR WIPER MOTOR PROBLEM. I AM ASSUMING YOU KNOW THIS VEHICLE AND FUNCTIONS WELL!
Cars need three things to start. Fuel, Air, and Spark. Chances are it's either missing fuel or spark. If you smell fuel when you turn the engine over the that means you dont have any spark. If this is the case check the distributor to see if it is functioning. If you don't smeel gas then it's probably not getting fuel. In this case, start of By checking all of your fuses to see if any are blown. Mainly the fuel pump fuse and relay. These are the cheapest to start with. If your fuses are good and relay is funtioning then check the fuel pump itself. Hope this helps you and good luck.
