If the fans work when you apply direct voltage to them but they do not come on when the car gets warm, then I would think the coolant temp sensor is possibly bad. Since the PCM uses the sensor to command the fan(s) to come on.
It is a black box on the driver side mounted to the fender.. Black box.. what is your pickup doing? I would pull teh computer an take it in to a Dodge Dealer ship to have them Test it! and check at your local junk yard for the computer. good luck hope you figure it out!
The pump relay should be there also. Check your fuse panel in the truck though.

The fuse panel box is to the right of the glove box with the glove box door opened or beneath the instrument panel (dashboard) on 1989-93 models.
Pull out the fuse panel for access to the blade type fuses
wow you need it too huh?i have a 1990 and needed it also..you would never guess where you can get it..and for FREE..your local library has every wiring diagram and fuse diagram you need in the reference section...
Our diagrams only go back to 2004 model year.
