I was wondering if I could remove a motor from a 92 Honda Accord that has a standard transmission, and replace it with a 2.2 from a 91 Honda Accord that has a automatic transmission?

It's bolted on to the transmission. Remove the air cleaner intake tube so you can access it. First disconnect your red wire on your battery (+). Then you can remove the wires on your starter and the bolts. You can blow some fuses and shoot off some sparks if your battery is still hooked up while doing this. Good luck, it's an easy fix.
if it is a standard transmission get ready to replace the clutch. if it is an automatic transmission check the transmission fluid make sure it is where it needs to be if it still has a problem. have it flushed and filter replaced. if it still slips you may need to have it rebuilt/ or replaced.
hey you can unbolt them indiviually and tighten them in any position..but to remove open hood see the plastic cover bottom of windshield remove it ...basic hand tools... but to mess with the motor and the moving arm underneath you may have to pull the dash its hard takes several housrs..
All of your fan belts needs to be taken off because the timing belt is located beneath the crankshaft pulley. There is a possibility that you may need to lift the motor off its motor mounts to gain access to the timing belt. Remember, the timing belt can't be seen from the outside.

If it starts flashing and the speedometer stops working or the transmission shifts weird, take it to a mechanic.
