P0700 is a generic fault code indicating a transmission problem. It's possible it's a left over code from the bad transmission you replaced. You may need to have the code cleared at a transmission shop that uses a different code reader to clear the code. Unfortunately, unlike the standard OBDII code reader, the transmission codes don't always reset themselves after a repair is made.

Shift solenoid a #b code

You didn't even provide a vehicle or anything else
So go to Google & put in ---OBD POxxx
The code you got OBD PO 755 or whatever
It will be inside the trans pan or side cover on the
valve body
Don't use the vehicle until resolved or you will end up
with a complete rebuild of the trans & a bill for 4 grand

What is the code p 0700

No one can or should be telling you to replace
anything on any vehicle

Only knowledgeable people with proper reference material,
should even work on a car

Have it properly diagnosed

Ask around before you go to just any shop,
assuming you don't have one you used for
decades

That is a transmission code-- so stop using it

Any time you get any trans issues, all you need is a few
miles & you can ruin the trans in a heart beat

I have a 2000 derango with a 4.7 and my trans shifts funny. It shifts from first to third, bypassing second. When put into second it will be in second but won't go to first manually. Overdrive saloon...

P0700 Information Code The Transaxle Control Module (TCM) monitors the malfunction of sensors and actuators relating to transaxle control. You will need to have your TCM code scanned to figure out what the problem is. Most likely it's a bad solenoid in the transmission. Most automotive shops have the TCM scanner.

02"durango I'm getting a 0700 code and my trans has decided latel

P0700 is a pcm trouble code that basicly says there is more trouble codes in the trans controller side of the pcm.
in order to find out what those codes are you will need a scan tool and then once you have the codes further diagnosis can be done.
depending on what codes come out of the trans controller it could mean something simple like a bad speed sensor or some kinda bad like a loss of prime. gear ratio error codes can be caused by faulty sensors.

Best advice take it to either a dealer you trust or a tranny shop you can trust. if your not comfortable driving it get it towed.

Check engine light on

P0700 - Transmission Control System Malfunction, this is a transmission or PCM issue and needs further diagnosis with other test gear.

The P1684 code simply means that the battery has been disconneted within the last 50 engine starts.
