Fuel relay on a 2002 f250 super duty, no manual

check owners manual ,nut it might be in the power distribution box under the hood ,or behind the right kick panel under dash

better check the vehicle first. and if not start ,check fuel line. must have a solid fuel line.

probly hav a wiring issue--also chec fuses and relays--inspec fuel pressure regulator in engine area--try to get a diagnostic scan from a mobile mech--a haynes manual is a must for detailed troublshootn

Check the fuel pump to see if it is coming on and the fuel pump relay to see if it is bad.

I wish I could help you more than this, but the fuse you are looking for will be int he fuse box in the engine compartment and is a 10 amp fuse.

It probably is your glow plugs which are controlled by the cold start relay. They burn out over time. This is normal. Haynes Diesel Engine Repair Manual, part 10330, will walk you through the diagnosis and replacement easily. It's about $20. Hope this helps.

you have to refer to the owner's manual. that is where they list the fuse/relay locations. if not there, you may need to refer to the diesel supplement book. but i think it will be in the owners manual. i have a 2002 f250 and that's where mine are.

Do you have access to an amp clamp to check amps going to the glow plugs. Remove the oil temp sender which is on the back of the hi psi oil pump reservior 2 wires. This will make the relay run longer. Then hook clamp over the 2 brown wires on glowplug relay should have about 175 amps if its working right. I have also seen the fuel heater inside the fuel filter housing go bad as well. Might check all the fuses as well incase the fuel heater fuse is blown.
