The blower motor has two fuses. One is located in the fuse panel under or to the left of your dash. The other is located in the fuse box in the engine compartment. Usually , unless it has pealed off, you will find the diagram on the inside of the fuse panel cover which tells you what each fuse is for and what amperage fuse it should be replaced with.
Hope this helps!

A/c doesn't blow unless high speed

Its your blower motor. Check the strip fuse (30 amp) outside the fuse box in a tootsie roll sized clip case by the strut mounts. In between the fuse box and strut mount. If not you may need a regulator or new blower motor.

Heat not working (99 Sunfire)

check the "blower" fuse it may be labled as heat. A/C heat, or blower. if it is not the fuse then it is most likley the fan itself, it is located behind the glove compartment, look up under the dash behind the glove box (you may have to remove the lower panel to see) should be three small bolts holding the round base of the fam, unhook the plug and remove the bolts, not very difficult to replace it yourself
