There is probaly a relay for them all so that could be malfuctioning, The relays are in the fuse box in the engine compartment, Did you check with a test light if there is power in the wires going to the motor for the seat, It could be a problem with the switches allso, Or that the motor burn,t out,
P0420 is a catalytic converter inefficiency code.
Basically the cars computer is looking at the rear O2 sensor to monitor the catalytic converters ability to properly reduce emissions. If the computer sees the rear O2 sensor acting differently than normal it interprets this as the cat no longer able to do its job and turns on the check engine light to make you aware there is an issue.
There are a few things that can cause this to happen. The most common is that the catalytic converter has gone bad and needs to be replaced.
The good news is the federal emissions warranty on these is typically 8 years or 80,000 miles. Sometimes longer if the manufacturer chooses. If you fall into this guideline call you local dealer and see if you are covered. If you are you will be able to have this replaced at no charge.
The bad news is if you are not covered than you will have to pay for it out of your pocket and they are not necessarily cheap. Do not go with anything but either the o.e. cat or a direct fit from a put able supplier. Anything other than these two options will leave you with more problems than they solve.

catalytic converter is running below expected threshold-in other words, the sensor is telling the engine computer the cat is not doing it's job, that is to clean up any unburned gases going out of the exhaust. It can mean you need a new cat, or you have an exhaust leak-could also be cured with a new O2 sensor, or check the connection or wiring to the O2 sensor. Will not affect the way the vehicle runs, but usually indicates the car is not 'lighting off; (getting to operation temp) anymore.
Both the battery and the headlights are easy to access and replace. For the headlight, you replace it from the engine compartment. Basically remove the cover (about 3 inch diameter rubber) reach in the access port and you can find the light's housing. Twist to unengage it and you can pull the housing out. The light bulb will be exposed and simply pulls off.
The catylitic convertor is almost plugged up fully or the 02 sensor may have been degenerated have these items checked out before more related emission items go bad down the line
When the check engine light comes on that means there is a problem. The computer has logged a problem, you can take it to dealer or professional and they can read the stored code and suggest a solution to the problem.
