follow the fuel line before enter the injectors riel and should have a vacuum hose too, is the only part connected to the fuel line anter the fuel filter. thanks
It is located on the top of the engine in the fuel rail that sits over and provides fuel to the fuel injectors. The regulator has a vacuum hose going to it. I have provided a picture of it below.
