Driver's side headlight wiring or fuse. New lamp , handled with clean gloves. Won't come on. (It's good. Tried on passenger side and it worked.)First, where is the fuse located? Will ask more if fuse isn't the problem.

The HID requires a ballast, did you do any rewiring? Did you check the fuses? Unplug the relay either hi or low, use jumper wire between terminals 30 and 87, the lamps should work, I'm talking about your regular lamps. If they work with the jumper, then check control side of relay.
Hi Steven, I guess you have checked the fuses? Some time (and I'n not saying this is your problem) the fuses are wired in such a way that if one blows (and the fuse is on the earth side of the circuit) there will be an output, but the circuit will either use the earth through the the other bulb or fail to earth. I would also suggest having a look at the relays and their operation. Lastly, check the earth connections again. Regards John
Did you check the ground wire for that light? Using your voltmeter, put the positive probe on the battery terminal and your negative lead to the pin/socket that provides ground for the lamp. If you are reading 0 volts, you need to check the ground wire for proper grounding.
The process is fairly simple.
You unscrew the protective cap inside the engine well and remove the bulb from the housing. Look at the bulb retainer to see how to remove it and unplug the wires.
Just reverse the order to put the new bulb back in. Make sure everything is nice and tight and you are good to go.
Remember! Use clean (rubber) gloves to handle the new bulb. Never touch the bulb portion or you may greatly reduce the life of the bulb (depending on its type).
Best wishes!
Hi. Since the headlight on the driver side is working then we dont have any problem with the fuse or relay. Check the wiring and the socket of the passenger headlight if it is intact to the bulb. If it is intact, then this could be a headlight problem. Time to replace the passenger headlight.
