What is making my 2005 Silverado's blower motor stay on high even when the truck is turned off? It keeps running, it drained my battery.

Blower control module is the most common problem. It is at the blower fan. You may have to change the connector to blower fan because it will be different with the new blower module.
This is not a BCM problem.

Your BCM (body control module), must have gone bonkers. Have it checked out. Might just need a little tweaking-like re-setting.
Good luck.

    Is there a relay for the blower motor somewhere? I can't locate one.

    I don't know for sure, but there very likely is. You'd have to check a wiring diagram. Maybe somebody will jump in that knows, and where it's at. Good luck.

Heater stays on when vehicle is turned off. Stays on when I remove the fuse also. Drained my battery while I was at work.

PULLING THE BLOWER MOTOR FUSE SHOULD MAKE THE BLOWER STOP. HOWEVER, THERE IS ALSO AN AC/HEATER FUSE THAT CAN KEEP THE MOTOR RUNNING. { IN FUSEBOX ON LOWER LEFT SIDE OF DASH }

Blower won't shut off

You will need a Blower motor resistor and maybe a blower motor resistor connector end. If you look under the dash on the passenger side(may need to remove smooth black cover, vents will be sticking out) you will see a connector going straight up into the blower motor resistor(7 wires/slightly in front of blower motor). Pull out the connector and check for melted terminals/wires. If no melted terminals just replace blower motor resistor with part # 89019088 per GM to revert to part before 04 in order to stop blower motor resistor relay from hanging. Let me know if i can help more.
