Take it to Auto Zone or other parts store and have them run a free diagnostics scan. Then reply with the code. If no codes are present, you can start checking the front abs sensors. I dont believe there are rear sensors on these models.

Asb and parking brake dash lights are on

that light is not for the parking brake it is telling you that your truck has a brake problem. With the ABS light on that system is disabled so you are braking with a vehicle that doesn't have it.
1. check fluid low? y check pads and rotors low fluid indicates worn parts, or leaks.
2. have abs codes checked wheel sensors could have failed and rarely the ABS module. Wheel sensors are located near the wheels or in the rear differential

I have a problem with my abs and brake light it keeps going on and off I had it checked but couldn't find problem I have 2002 dodge durango r/t with 110,000 miles

1st of all, make sure that there is plenty of brake fluid in the master cylinder, if this is ok, check for any leaks in the system, if this checks out ok, then have some one to check out your abs wheel sensors.

Uncle put new brake pads on vehicle (he worked on front and back brakes) and now the speedometer doesn't work, the abs light is on, check engine light, and the break light is on. what could have happened ....

Check for disconnected ABS sensors. The front sensors in the front are located next to the axle shafts. The rear sensor is located on the rear differential housing itself on top, in the middle. The ABS is monitored by the computer for performance. The ABS kicks on when the vehicle comes from a certain speed to a dead stop, keeping the wheels from locking up. That could be the reason for the speedometer not working. Or it could be a bad speed sensor. Both can also trigger the check engine light because it is monitored by the computer. The brake light usually comes on due to low fluid level. It can trigger the light, but not be low enough to impact brake performance. I hope this helps.

Red brake warning light is coming on randomly, only stays on briefly, but has never come on before. it started yesterday, wonder if it's at all weather related as it's been bitterly cold? do I need to get...

Have your brakes check out, could be getting low on brake pads or shoes, which will make your brake fluid get low, to make up for the space of wear of your brake pads or shoes, check and fill your master cylinder to the max level mark.Being that the brake fluid is low the sensor in the master cylinder will make the warning light come on.Fill and have your brakes checked.

1996 dodge ram 3500, abs brakes are locking up

is it the front or rear locking up? you really have to have this truck loaded (load valve under bed) before the back brakes come on and i think these are the same as my 1999 2500 where the rear is only abs, and not on the front..dumb design i know, but thats how it is...determining if its rear abs only and which axle is locking up will help pin point the problem...i put 100000 miles on my dodge since i got it in 2001 and i put 8 sets of pads on the front and just changed the rear lining and thats only because the rear wheel cylinder was leaking causing the rear brakes to lock up..
