95 jeep wrangler Yj with 2.5 4cyl. won't start, not getting fire. We have checked all the fuses, changed the plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor, coil, installed new distributor, and crankshaft position sensor, also replaced ignition switch that was bad. Still not getting any spark. What do you recommend next?
So many of them things could have been checked to see if they was bad or needed to have been replaced. I see this a lot when someone goes to guessing on things and they can end up having a LOT of money invested and still not running.
My first guess since you've replaced all of them things is either you may have a ground issue or a bad PCM.
I would start by checking that you are getting power to everything that you are supposed to be getting power.
Then, I would check that you are getting grounds to everything too! You must have both in order for it all to work! If you are getting both and if you know how to check for both at all places, then I would eliminate the PCM.
If it turns out to be the PCM, try checking eBay.
Hope this helps.

Most chevy 5.3 do not use a cap and rotor. Most have single coil per spark plug and wire. Trace spark plug wires to coil usually above the valve cover.
SOURCE: intermitent starting
sometimes the ais(automatic idle speed) valve gets loaded with
carbon. its an easy fix. you have to remove the throttle body
invert it and you will see the ais chamber and look in and see if it is
built up with soot. carb cleaner should work.if you can remove
the valve for better cleaning. peterjai

rotor.

If the engine was turned while the distributor was removed, or
if the marks were not drawn, it will be necessary to initially time the
engine. Follow the procedure below.

SOURCE: caster adjustment for 1990 jeep yj wrangler
caster is adjusted at the rear of the lower control arms. Camber is fixed and cannot be adjusted by normal means (though special off-set ball joints are available to do that) Toe in is adjusted by turning the sleeves in or out on the tie rod ends. None of this should be done at home though crude adjustments can be made in order to get the front end reasonably straight. Adjustments are made on an alignment machine that allows precise adjustments to all you mentioned as well as front/rear tracking.
