There is a fuse box under the hood. in my 2005 Dodge Neon it was the one labeled #14 and in the manual i think they named it power outlet.

The Cigarette lighter is run off of a 20A fuse located in the engine compartment just behind the battery. The fuse map will say P-Out and is in position #14. Hope that helps.

Try looking in the fuse panel for a fuse labeled cig lighter or 12V ACCY. and check to see if it is blown. Could be as simple as a blown fuse.

Cig lighter wont work

try getting a new lighter. if it is a fuse, it would be labeled on the cover to the fusebox. it is also common for the wiring itself which leads to the cigarette lighter to burn out.
