My windshield washer nozzles emit only a tiny bit of liquid. I've removed the hose and it puts out a ton of washer solution. Removed the check valves and they seem clean enough. Tried to clean out the nozzles with a welding nozzle cleaner set (multiple stiff wires from tiny to fairly thick) and there doesn't seem to be anything in the holes but nothing. I'm trying to order new nozzles but replacing them may be an elusive process unless they have some sort of nut holding them on. Anyone ever tackled this operation?

Sounds like injectors are plugging up. Run a bottle of Diesel fuel system cleaner w/your next tankful. It might take two times but injectors get gummed up easily.
