There are 2 fuse boxes. One is under the hood, in a black box just behind the battery. The second is to the left and below the steering wheel, behind the dashboard panel. There are two plastic slotted fasteners that hold this dash panel in place. Use a nickel and turn each one 1/4 turn to the left. The panel is hinged on the bottom.
There may also be fuses Underneath one or both of the 2 front seats. Also there Is a fuse or 2 behind the glove box.
Its in the engine compartment and under the dash board.

No need for a diagram, to drain the oil, there's a drain plug on the bottom of the transfer box, under the handbrake drum. To fill, the fill plug is about in line with the centre of the handbrake drum and to the left. I think both plugs are 1/2" square. Fill to overflow with Texaco Multi-Gear 75W/90R. Takes about 2L or so.
