Your wheels may be out of balance. Go to a tyre shop to get them balanced.

Do not dress the spark plug wires to make them look pretty. The spark plug wires on must cross each other at right angles every place they cross. They cannot be run side by side, or the engine will crossfire.

My truck is in the shop for this problem.
Dodge has a TSB out to adress it (Technical Service Buliten). Cause can be ball joints, track bar, pitman arm, drag link, stearing stablizer, shocks, wheel alingment, ect, gets expensive. Leveling Kits and 35 inch tires make problem worse. My truck is under warranty but if it was not I would still try and get someone to pay for the fix. You are not the only one with this problem. sounds like you got the D.W (death wobble)
It is usually caused by either a bad tire,an off balanced, worn bushings, bad tracbar or loose steering components.

The transmission is slipping.
Sounds like it needs more than just adding fluid. I'd take it in for service before the transmission is further damaged.
