On the 96 GMC sonoma my fuses are located on a small panel on the drivers side of the dash, it's hidden by the door when it's closed, you'll see a round knob. Under my hood is ONLY the master cylinder and cruise control unit. NO fuses are under my hood either. The relays are behind a panel in the glove compartment.
