Only in morning my car is not starting after sun comes up it starts with no problem.my office is 20 kms away from my home so i need sto start at 7 but it is not starting.

Bad battery

check the crank sensor that seems to cause intermittent starting stupidness. had that problem on my silverado.

To clarify - are you saying it does not crank, or does not start ?
lt sounds like you are saying the engine will crank but not start, but then why would you need to jump the battery if that were true ?
If it cranks but does not start, have you checked fuel pressure with a gauge before and after cranking ? The fuel pressure could be low after sitting for a few hours if the check valve in the fuel pump is faulty.

Try some anti fog spray they use on Glasses and other glas items like shower doors. If it is in the same place evertime, I would look for the source. Is the car facing the sun coming up? Is there a garage windo that the sun is shining through and landing on this part of the window? Any liquids left in the car overnight that could be evaporating? try these and give me as much info as you can and I can figure out where this is coming from.

Have your main power relay replaced. It's what is causing your hard start, after the car is hot, especially sitting in the sun. It's located under the driver's side dash. As for the reason why you failed smog, could be the two you listed.

when a car's engine is heat-soaked from driving it can be harder to start. your spark plugs probably need to be replaced or at least re-gapped. when spark plugs age the gap gets larger and this can make the engine harder to start under these circumstances.

this sounds like a defective fuel pump, but u will need to have the fuel pressure tested when it acts up to verify this is the issue 100%, the fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank.
