Bypass/jumper the fuel pump relay, disconnect the supply line to the injectors and turn the key on, it will pump the tank dry in about 10 minutes if it's full. You can't siphon a newer car due to the anti-siphon design of the filler neck.
True; the anti-siphon anti-splashback valve is located at the bottom end of the large metal fuel filler neck. To get the gas out you will have to loosen the clamp on the rubber hose and pull it off to be able to insert a hose for siphoning. I was able to get out 10 gallons of new gas this way for my car that was in an accident. The rubber hose was quite stuck to the metal pipe, but by unscrewing the fasteners holding the filler pipe to the filler door housing and the fender well I was able to flex the pipe around enough to remove it completely. It is much easier to access while the wheel is off and the car is propped up on jack stands.
