2002 Chevy Cavalier misfire

You may want to check for fuel volume and fuel quality. There may be moisture in the fuel. It would also help to know which cylinders it is misfiring on. Scan tool will show the misfire on live data.

I installed a new pcm into my 2002 chevy cavalier and it will not start. What is wrong?

When you purchased the new PCM did you or was it "flashed" to your VIN (vehicle identification number) If it was used or the new one was not flashed to your VIN it will not work for your vehicle until it is. I hope this helps and good luck.

I am not getting any spark. Replaced the Crank Position Sensor and the ignition module. What else could be causing it? It is a 2002 Chevy Cavalier with the 2.2 OHV motor.

I would say it may be the cam sensor. Test the wires to the sensor while cranking and see if it is getting power. You can always try unpluging it and cranking. It may start for you. It could also be your ecm. The computer controls all of your ignitions.
