SOURCE: meaning of code 151 0n 4m41 engine

P0151 O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
this could be a fluke code I would earse it and see if it comes back before putting the sensor in there not cheap. Bank 2 means witch side of the engine bank 1 is the side that #1 cylinder is on bank 2 is the other side sensor 1 means upstream above the catalytic converter on the engine side sensor 2 is below the catalytic converter

SOURCE: mitsubishi pajero3.2 d.I.d 4m41 reving up

Hello and sorry to hear your having this trouble. The best way to fix this problem is to have you vehicle scanned for engine fault and retrieve that data and properly repair the problem. The problem you having could be one of several switches so guessing would be waisting allot of time and money.

2001 Mitsubish Pajero of mine has shocks when I engage a drive or reverse gear. It is a V78W, 4M41 DIESEL ENGINE.

Just put new suspension shocks on it and check all the linkages and bushings. Something must be worn or loose.

4m41 engine

run the fault codes
if the engine is too early for ECM controls , it indicates a governor problem in the fuel pump
in that case have a diesel specialist shop check it out
