SOURCE: 2005 dodge grand caravan

check the fan blower relay. this is the one powering up the blue wire going to the motor.

maybe it has a separate fuse. check from other locations. could be in the passenger kick panel.

tnx 4 using fixya,

SOURCE: 02 RAM 2500 no power at trailer plug

It should have a fuse for the marker lights. Do they work on the truck. Brown is the color for the marker lights. Good Luck

SOURCE: My 2002 dodge neon has check engine light with

Hi! When replacing the plugs and wires on this model be sure there is no oil in spark plug wells. You will notice the oil on the plug wire boot when removing it. If there is any oil on any of the boots the valve cover gasket and spark plug tube seals will need to be replaced or the misfire code you mentioned will return. Hope this information helps!

In our 1999 Dodge Neon the running and dash lights are out

I always check for a ground wire issue first. this is the most over looked yet simple issue to fix. use a volt meter and check at the bulbs with the light switch on and see if power is getting to it. if not then its either a fuse. yes pull the fuse and test it ! simple continuity tester will work. if its good the replace the headlight switch. if power is there then check ground wires. (note check for power using a good ground on the tester not just the wires on the socket)

The radio won't turn on in my 2004 dodge neon

you might have a short on th eback of your fuse box.. if not tthen I would start by disconnecting the power wire to the radio. (as near the fuse box as possible maybe even the ground wire too (although it will still ground through the antenna). if the radio will work independently of the fuse box (still with a fuse in the line always fuse any electrical device in the wire route) then you know the radio isn't the problem and thus it is a wire that deals with the radio via the car. .you have to be careful that you don't damage the computer while blowing fuses. if it's the radio then off to the pick a part junk yard..

Cigarette lighter not working

Check the ACC fuse under the Hood, there may also be a secondary fuse under the dash in the fuse panel (look at the diagram for that fuse).

it can also be one of the wires slipped out from behind the lighter, Remove the lighter to verify this.. the ACC fuse controls all accessories like the Stereo and such. so if the stereo is working and the fuse's are good changes are its a broken wire or one that became loose. PS check the wires with the IGNITION ON FOR POWER. if there is power replace the lighter unit.

My back up lights wont work on my 97 dodge neon, i changed the fuse and the light bulbs, now what? help please

Hi!!
What controls the Back Up Lights is the Neutral Safety Switch/Back Up Switch, located on the transmission shifter (engine compartment). Check for 12v+ coming in from the fuse box to the Neutral Safety Switch, if OK, check for 12v+ out of the wire going to the back up lights when in Reverse, if no power, replace switch, if there is power, check wiring from switch to back up lights.
Good Luck!! A HELPFUL - 4 THUMBS - rating for this solution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for using FixYa.

I have a 1997 dodge neon. my right back light is out. i have put in a new light therefore it must be my fuse is out. my question is which one of the fuses is out?

If it was the fuse, the left light would not work. Both back lights work on the same circuit and same fuse. There might be a bad or broken wire to that light. Check the bulb socket and trace the wire for a breakage.

Neon wiper trouble

https://s24.postimg.org/g7k0yez1x/wiper.jpg

Click on the link
See the fuse, key on, use a test lite and check for voltage at fuse circuit, it should be hot.
See pins 4 and 5 at wiper motor, those wire colors should be voltage for hi and/or lo speed, use the test lite, check for voltage hi and or low speed on those wire colors.
At the moment, I think your wiper/washer switch is faulty?

My fuel pump fuse keeps popping and we just changed the fuel pumpand it still pops it what could that be {98 dodge neon)

Check your power wire to the pump. It must have a bare spot somewhere, and is grounding out. Probably on top of the gas tank.

Igniton fuse continuously blows on my 1995-96 dodge neon

Do you have an aftermarket stereo installed? Well, try this. Remove the ground cable from the battery. Install a new fuse. if it continues, Remove the center console. and check the reverse wire connected to the shifter. It did the same thing to me and all it was, was that wire was touching other wires

Chrysler Neon 02 get access to cigarette lighter

Yah, usually about 4 clips I believe, near the corners. Tried a quick pull eh? If you don't want to go through all of that, by a 12vdc test light if you don't have one already, and very carefully & steady (don't touch side & bottom at same time, you'll pop the fuse) touch probe at dead center of the socket, with other end attached to good ground, it will light up if power there. Or, take fuse out for lighter, and use a screwdriver or something to scrape & clean the contact at bottom center of the socket, and then replace fuse, & try socket to see if it's working.Sometimes it's just a dirty contact.
