Check the relay for the daytime running lights - probably stuck on ya.
My 94 didn't have them, so I can't tell you where it is.
Somebody on here will know....

Fitted hid headlights now driving lights dont work

The problem with HID lights is that they require 12 volts or more to work. Daytime running lights on require 6-9 volts from the module. So when the original lights are replaced, the daytime running lights will not supply enough voltage to the HID ballasts to turn them on. The result? No Daytime Running lights. Another alternative is to purchase LED strips and place them around your headlights with a fused accessory power from the ignition switch. When the car is on the strips light up and you have Daytime Running Lights!

My daytime running lights wont come on

The Daytime Running Lamps module is bad or check underhood fuse block for blown fuse.

Are the daytime running lights on this vehicle the amber ones or white ones? Are they the headlamps or the driving lamps below?

My lights don't turn off unless the car is turned off.

This is normal due to the DRL module.
DRL = Daytime Running Light

Head lights wont turn off after turnning off car

See if you have fuse under dash or under hood if more fuses in there that is marked DRL , or DRL module. (daytime running light module) may be at fault. Pulling that fuse may isolate problem, otherwise you may have to pull connector off back of light switch to test it.

Day time head lights won't turn off

A simple fix is to pull fuse number 15 in the fuse box under the hood.... (by the radiator... long black box about 3 inches wide by 12 inches long.) It should be a 15 amp fuse. This will not really fix the issue, but its a heck of a lot easier than the tracking down you might need to do. What? It could be a headlamp switch, a daytime runninglight module, or a short in the wire for the daytime running lights. This simple easy thing is to pull the fuse and see if that works for you now. (You will lose daytime running lights doing this. So determine if you need those first... legally or otherwise.)

Headlights wont work

Well...lets start with the obvious. Check fuses and NEVER piggyback any stereo or security stuff into their fuses...you dont want the lights to shut down during a night drive!!
Check under the hood for a relay center...also has some fuses there as well.

The Daytime Running Lamps are a "straight through wiring configuration". Doubt it even goes through a headlight switch at all.
But the regular lights do.
Unless you've worked on the front of the car and forgot to plug the headlights back in, do this...
Turn the light switch on...looking at the instrument cluster , can you make the high-beam-indicator light come on?
As you rotate the headlight switch knob...does the instrument panel lights brighten or dim? You probably have a faulty headlight switch...auto stores have them...they simply plug in.
