2001 Volvo S80 T-6 @ 140,000 jumps as if shifting when cruising along at 35-55mph. OBD codes PO236 and PO237 are set, Turbo boost pressure sensor. The turbo control valve was swapped with a known good one and the symptom did not change. The S80 turbo control valve was installed in a car without symptoms and it remained symptom free.
Where are the boost pressure sensors and what condition might set this code? Are these a 0-5V pressure sensor like the one used as the manifold pressure sensor? Is it likely that this sensor has gone bad due to old age as with many others do?
Thanks in advance for the help.

The Volvo S80 did not come with a cummins engine

Check boost pressure sensor connector for issues. Check the pressure and atmospheric pressure sensor.

Same problem as above. Car pulsates while driving, whether in manual, cruise control, or foot level on gas pedal. Kind of feels as though someone is playing with the ABS brakes tapping them.
Volvo says Turbo control valve and all 4 O2 sensors need replacing.
Same problem as described above (or below, not sure where this site puts it) I can have the cruise control set, in manual mode, or foot level on the gas pedal and the car pulsates while driving. Almost as if someone is tapping the brake while keeping their foot on the pedal.
No codes show up new other than one bad O2 Sensor.
Volvo diagnosis says a new turbo control valve and all 4 O2 sensors...
