RADIO SAYS "UNLOCK CODE:" <BR>Call your local MItsubishi dealership and ask for the service department.
<BR>They have a computer program where they punch in the serial number from your radio (you have to supply the number) and it will tell them the UNLOCK CODE for your radio. My dealership offered to give it to me free over the phone, if I knew my radio serial number. Enter the code using the buttons on your radio. And write the code down, this will show up everytime your radio looses connection to its power source - the car battery. <BR> <BR>

If you need it - I called 360-696-2277 which is the local Mitsubishi Dealership for me here in Washington State. They were the ones who offered to give it to me over the phone..

Need radio code for Mitsubishi Colt 2008 model with Fujitsu TEN cd/radio model number MR935650 and serial number CNBFB 00542 with VIN number JMFXNZ23A7Z000762

If you take your Registration document into your local dealership, they will give you the code for free. Or you can buy to code for about $12 to $18 from a Radio Code seller online by giving them the make and serial number.

Also try this

The car radio code is indicated on many Mitsubishi models on a small white sticker inside the glove box. The unlock code will be labeled "Anti-theft radio code"

My radio on my mitsubishi 3000 gt is lock is asking for code number

check the owners manual or in the glove compartment there should be either a 6 or 9 digit code you have to punch into the radio, atleast some cars are like that. and im pretty sure you have to have the ignition off in order to do so.

The radio code for a 1995 mitsubishi diamante

Mitsubishi dealer is the only one that can help you with the radio code. You will need to prove ownership of the vehicle and VIN number with the serial number of the radio. All radio's do not have the same code, otherwise a code would be useless in preventing theft, and theft is the reason why they have unlock codes.

Radio Code for 1995 Mitsubishi 3000 GT

you have to go to a mitsubishi dealer and have them look this information up for you. for security you should have a card that came with the card that has the code on it. check your manual and glovebox to be sure but otherwise a dealers the only solution and they need to see you and the car in person.

Mitsubishi montero radio unlock

I had the same problem after replacing the battery on my Montero. I bought mine used but luckly the pervious owner had written the 4 digit number down in the owners manual. After finding the number, I had to enter it into the radio by using the station preset buttons. If you can't find or don't have it in the owners manual. You will have to get the model and serial numbers off the radio and contact Mitsubishi or another source to obtain the correct code to reset the radio.

Radio code

I had the same problem. Dealer will fix but they want ridiculous amount. Call Mitsubishi customer service. They will need info: Serial number and model number of the radio. The numbers are on the side or back of the radio (Easy removal-just need a screwdriver). Also they ask for proof of ownership Fax it over to them, then call back for the code. Its easy and its cheap.

RADIO CODE FOR 2001 MITSUBISHI GALANT

dealerships charge way too much. use an online source for less than half what a dealer would charge you for a simple procedure. all you have to do is remove the face over the radio and pull the radio out to find serial & model numbers. then an online source will send you the code. just be sure you read serial & model numbers correctly.
