Some of these answers are confusing. On person says the sensor is near the catalytic converter, another says it's part of the engine.
I have a 2007 Honda Accord 6-cylinder, and received check engine code P0154, bank2, sensor 1.
Would this be near the catalytic converter, or would it be the first sensor on the right side of the engine (cylinder 4?)
I did drive through a puddle of water after a heavy rain (I'm guessing about 1.5 to 2 inches deep), so I'm guessing this caused it?
Thanks in advance for any advice/tips...

4 or 6 cylinder engine.
It's the rear O2 sensor,the one behind the catalytic converter.
======
Clear the code with OBDII scanner or remove negative cable for 2 minutes.
Wait until the exhaust cool for 1 hours
Disconnect the connector and clean the contacts with CRC electrical contact cleaner the contacts.
reconnect negative battery cable
Start the car and let the motor warm up.
====
If the code keeps coming back then you will need to purchase a O2 sensor socket + O2 to change it out.

the best way to reset it is with a scan tool.
disconnecting the battery for one minute will also remove the code.BUT
if your smog test uses an OBD scan as part of the process,then there will be a problem,because the monitors will not have been set,as they are reset if the battery is disconnected..
most tests allow only one monitor missing,and not the catalyst .
A drive cycle will have to be done to set the monitors.
Typically cold start coolant temp less than 50F,idle for 2 minutes no air condition, accelerate at half throttle to 50mph then drive 3 minutes with a/c on at 50mph steady.decelerate to 10mph without using brakes..Accelerate to 60mph and drive for 5 minutes at steady speed without a/c
deccelerate without braking and drive for 1 minute at 40mph.
stop the car ,use braking.
Shut off the car and add 4 gallons of gas.do not shut off the car for more than 5 minutes.
drive in 3rd gear or overdrive off with rpm 3000 for 1 minute.
decelerate to 10mph.without braking
accelerate to 40 mph in 4th gear.,or overdrive on
decelerate without braking to 10mph.
test complete.
this will set the o2 sensor heater ,o2 sensor,catalyst,evap purge.and the other monitors.

Further clarification on the O2 sensor location: It is in the exhaust pipe, under the center of the car, on top of the pipe, just aft of the oil filter.

behind the glove compartment, you have to disconnect the box damper and remove the glove box stops, let the glove compartment hang down and the filter is in front of you in the evaporator housing behind a cover.
