I have had it in to garber chevrolet had it diagnosed and found out that it had a faulty thermostat and plugs and wires even though i changed the plugs and wires bout 2 weeks before i took it here. Anyways i changed the thermostat and put new plugs in again and still doing the same thing, hesitation when accelerating. I have changed the fuel filter and a couple vaccum lines and not much of an improvement, any ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks.

sounds like it could be plugged injectors or a timing problem.

did you do a fuel pressure test? if you havent do it its cheep an at least you can elimanate that. if thats not an issue, then there is only two other things crank sensor, and if there is one cam sensor.

it turnd out too be the fuel pressure regulator,you have too pull the upper intake too replace it!!

Take the thermostat out and put it in a small pot and heat it on the stove top watching to see if it open when it gets hot. If it hasn't opened all the way by the time it boils its bad
