Have done the following:
disconnnected blower hooked directly to battery works fine
with test lamp no power to bloser switch
with test lamp no power to fuse block with fuse removed no power to either post on post block
switched relay on power distribution center
Sounds like your blower motor rheostat needs to be replaced. I'm about to replace mine for the second time. Fan just quits working altogether when the rheostat goes.
It sounds like you have an issue with your fuse block. Pull the fuse for the radio and remove the buzzer. see if this changes the situation.

Power directly to motor tests good. Fuse looks good. Thinking problem is wiper switch. How do I remove and test the wiper switch?
I have a 93 jeep Cherokee and I am trying to hook up a radio. It has the factory wires and i have tested the radio to make sure it works but when I hook it up in the car it doesnt get any power. i have checked all the fuses. what else could be wrong and how can i fix it?
