Where is the fuel pump relay or fuse on ford 7.5 rv chassis

The engine won't start because the fuel pump won't run...I replaced the ignition module and I've looked for the accident fuel shutoff but I can't find it. It hasn't had an accident. it's an 89 ford with a john deere chassis in an pathfinder by sportcraft I jumped the pump with a battery charger....the engine still won't start.

Maybe you can reed this:
Get in the van and roll all the windows, turn off radio and a/c and kids. Basically you want to create a quiet environment just for a second or two. Now engage the key as if to start the motor but don't turn the key all the way to start the motor, just before this point. You should now hear a "buzz" or "wind" behind you towards the back of the van, just for a few seconds. This is the fuel pump engaging and pumping fuel. If you don't hear this wind then try it again. It has nothing to do with pumping the gas pedal. It is an automatic item that turns on then off quickly because it thinks it has shot enough fuel from the tank all the way to the motor to start up. If no wind then I'd check and even replace the fuel pump relay which is right above the battery towards the back of it. Actually you will see 2 relays there and they are identical. You could always just switch them to see if the relay was bad. The other relay does something obvious on the van that I forgot but it will be apparent once you disconnect both as to what the other controls. If the fuel pump relay now works in the other slot then the relay is good BUT your fuel pump is most likely bad. This stinks because now you have to lower your gas tank to replace the pump which costs $150 or so. It is easy to do but takes a good 3-4 hours and an almost empty fuel tank is preferred before you begin because the tank is already heavy enough empty. The only special tool needed is a fuel line disconnect tool which is a $6 tool at any auto store. If you hear the sound then the relay is fine. You might want to check to see if your fuel filter is clogged. Again easy to do but messy. Use that same fuel line tool and wiggle it between the end of the fuel filter (right under the van driver's side) and the line. It won't fit that well but just keep wiggling. Now press the line towards the tool and pull line back and it should pop off. Have a rag handy because fuel will drain from the loose end of the hose that goes to the motor. Now get in the van and quickly engage the key again. You should have shot a few ounces of gas onto the ground (I say ground because you should do this outside in a well ventilated area and NOT in your garage). This means your filter is fine. Next I'd check your spark.

SOURCE: RV c6 transmisson stuck in park

I think you may be fighting the shift interlock with the brake pedal. Remember, to shift out of Park you need to step on the brake.
You might need someone to hold down the brake pedal while you try to realign the rod from underneath.

SOURCE: there is no parking brake,

The parking brake is activated by the shift lever. There is no parking paw in the transmission on these John Deere Chassis motor homes. The parking brake is the type that works a brake on the drive shaft. I ran into the same problem and just put a line lock on the brake line.

The fuel pump on my 1999 GMC Sierra is not working.

Never tried it, but it should work because it\'s a pain to drop the tank and eyeball it. Electric fuel pump in the tank... ok. It\'s a motor and motors draw current right? One could -possibly- yank the fuse and replace it with a ammeter (DVM on Amps). If the circuit is complete, it should pull 3-4 amps minimum when the pump is running I\'d think. If the circuit is open, it won\'t draw anything, zero or close to it. There may be a small draw from other stuff that\'s on the fused power but the difference should be obvious. Better yet, drop the meter into the relay contact circuit. The only thing that should be on that one is the fuel pump itself. Put one lead on the +12 battery and the other lead into the contact block that goes to the pump. It should turn on. If you\'re squirmish use a pigtail fuse at about 4 amps. The coil and contact arrangement is usually printed on the side of the relay. If not, the contacts are usually on beefier terminals than the coil. If all else fails, get the chassis service manual and look up the color codes.

Fuel pump won't run unless engine is cranking, but won't start

Are you sure it's running when cranking? It should have come on when key turned on.
This is for camrys up to year '91. It may apply in your '95, also. Check the 7.5 amp ignition fuse and the 15 amp EFI fuse and the EFI main relay, all located in the fuse box next to your battery. There is also the circuit opening relay tied in to fuel pump operation. It is usually found under center of dash. It is usually not the problem, but it is part of the checks for fuel pump operation.
If your car has a " check connector" or "service connector" (also called a fuel pump check connector) under hood on driver's side near the firewall (a little 1 inch cube with a cap on it), then bridge terminals +B and Fp with a jumper wire. Turn key to on (don't start car). The pump should come on. Listen for fuel return noise from the fuel pressure regulator, and verify pressure in hose from the fuel filter. If nothing, check those fuses above. Here is how power runs to pump: Battery to 40 amp main fusible link-to 15 amp EFI fuse-to EFI main relay-to circuit opening relay-to fuel pump-to ground. Ignition switch and the computer (ECU) work the relays to pass power to pump. Hope this helps some, Randy. Good luck.

The gas pump was replace on my 1999 ford expedition but still is not working

There are a few things you can check. The first thing and most likely what the problem is would be the fuel cut off switch. Below is a picture of it the location of it. Where you see the blue arrow pointing down is where the button is that you push to reset it if it is "popped". If that is good the next thing you can check is the fuse for the fuel pump. That fuse is located in the power distribution box located in the engine compartment under the hood (picture of that location below as well) I also gave you a diagram of the layout of the fuses with numbers. The fuse for the fuel pump is the fuse located in the number 10 position and should be a 20 amp fuse. Last you may need to check the fuel pump relay. That relay is located in the same fuse panel and will be the one marked number 301. I hope this helps and good luck.

I have a 88 F250.....Fuel Pump runs constantly...even with key off. Replacing pump did not help. Also have a problem with steering column. It will not engage the starter switch. Something keeps draining...

Locate the fuel pump relay by looking at the inside of the fuse box cover or the owners manual. Remove the relay and see if the pump stops. If it does, then locate another relay in the same fuse box that has the same part number on it and is not required for engine operation like a wiper motor or AC control relay. Install that relay in place of the fuel pump relay and see if the pump continues to run. If it doesn't then start the engine to verify proper operation. If it runs OK, then shut it off and check to see if the pump is still running. If it's not still running then replace the fuel pump relay. If it still continues to run then the most likely cause is a shorted wiring harness. The harness usually runs along the floor board and can short out by making contact with the vehicle body. As for the steering column, try this if the gear selector is on the column. Grasp the selector lever and pull up on it while trying to start the vehicle. If the vehicle now starts then column linkage is worn, a common problem with ford column shifters.
