The battery is ok, the starter motor turns but there is no ignition
P1610 is loss of serial bus Data.
P1612 is a NATS error. this is the Anti-Theft system
It effecttively immobilises the car and it wont start until you have the faults cleared.
This can happen after a low battery voltage.

P1610 is a Anti theft code which is triggered when trying to start the car with a programmed key try using your original key turn the key on for 5 seconds and then off for 10 twice and it should reset the code.
SOURCE: Pathfinder would not start
This seems to be a security issue. Do you have any other TRANSPONDER on the key ring ? If so remove them.Also try another key.
