SOURCE: Reverse and interior lights out, chevy express van

Fuse block under the hood. Driver's side, under the brake master cylinder. Number 18. TCB#2. Replace the fuse.

There is an under-engineered ground in the reverse circuit. If you back up with the dome lights on, it could blow that fuse. There should be some extra fuses under the cover of the fuse block.

2008 chevy express high beams don't work when i pull back on the multi switch to turn on the high beams the headlights go completely out

Your dimmer switch (lever you pull to switch lights) is probably bad. Before you replace pull and visually insect all your fuses. Some late model GMs have separate fuses for hi beams and lo beams.

Where is the fuse for the instrument panel lights on a chevy express 2007 van

The fuse I.D. is inside the cover. You may also have an inside box behind and access panel on the drivers kick panel.
