Question about 2002 Cadillac Escalade
My Escalade keeps blowing the 40 amp ignition fuse under the hood every time i try to start it. I've had the starter tested and replaced the ignition and starter relays as well. It cranked up for a few minutes and once i shut it back down it popped the fuse again. Now it will not start at all, it just blows the fuse as soon as i turn the key. Can anyone help me out? Thanks
It will most likely be a poor earth issue, make sure the earth lead between the battery and the body is good and clean and check the one between the body and motor.
Poor earth connections cause excessive current draw and will blow fuses.
