Hello. It seems your vehicle has a 'shorting/malfunctioning turn signal switch and/or 'grounding' wires in the wiring harness. Good luck and keep me informed; if you want to.
There should be a turn signal flasher and a hazard flasher. They are two different parts. If you replaced the hazard flasher and not the turn signal flasher than I would start by replacing the turn signal flasher.
One thing you can do once you find the turn signal flasher is to unplug it and use a jumper wire between the two pins of the connector then turn the key to the run position and place the turn signal lever in the left or right position. If the turn signal lights know light up than the turn signal flasher is the problem
you have a separate flasher for the turn signals.this is what your problem sounds like.if all your lights are working including the signal indicator on the dash then it will be the signal flasher.if you turn on the hazard flashers and locate it under the dash, this will show you what the turn signal flasher will look like.then you will have to look for the flasher unit on the fuse panel that looks like the hazard flasher.replace the turn signal flasher and you will have your signal flashers again
Check that the bulbs are lighting and if they don't replace as needed. If they are fine the turn signal flasher is bad. Replace the flasher and the problem is fixed. If you have to replace the flasher the easy way to find it is turn your turn signal on on listen for the clicking . Find the clicking and you found your flasher.
I have the exact same problem. I replaced both underdash relays, checked all fuses and replaced the turn signal switch. Still no turn signals. Did you figure out what was wrong with yours?
did you replace the turn signal flasher or the emergency flasher? turn on the emergency flasher lights and pull that flasher if they quit working you changed the wrong one.
