What causes rough idle on 5.7 hemi - 2011 Dodge Charger

Were the lean codes for both banks 1 and 2? (P0171 and P0174)

I'm not sure why you replaced the tps, unless you got a code of some kind? The code doesn't tell you what to replace. With any electrical sensor, I'd want to check wiring circuits, first, before replacing.
Clean the throttle body and idle air system, see if it helps. Your saying it runs good, off idle?

Have you had the engine control unit scanned for fault codes? Is this oil smoke or fuel?

Sounds like a dead coil pack and needs replaced cause you're getting no fire to those plugs and causing a rough idle. Another thing is, that catalytic converter will only turn red because it's plugged up and needs replaced. Have that checked out friend.

START BY CHECKING ALL THE GROUND CONNECTIONS.CHECK FUEL PRESSURE,KNOCK SENSOR,IDLE AIR CONTROL MODULE,IGNITION COIL OR A POSSIBLE VACUME LEAK!

YOU COULD BE HAVING ENGINE MISFIRE.DUE TO BAD SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES.ALSO DIRTY FUEL INJECTORS WILL CAUSE ENGINE TO ROUGH IDLE OR IDLE UP AND DOWN.PUT A BOTTLE OF FUEL INJECTOR CLEAN IN A FULL TANK OF GAS.ALSO CHANGE PLUGS AND WIRES.IF TRUCK HAS 30000 TO 60000 MILES ON IT.THATS THE SCHEDULE MAINTENCE INTERVALS IF SPARK PLUGS HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED.

Get the codes read and you will find out which coil pack you need to replace.

I have a durango R/T 5.9, but with any car you buy especially like one's with big block V8 any time you turn on the ac your vehicle will lose power as well as consume more fuel hence you vehicle has to idle at a higher RPM.

This code is most likely not related to the problem, it sounds like you may have picked up some contaminated gasoline, maybe has water in it or other like dirt.
