The first start and after the car sits for an hour,it takes along time to start and when it does it runs roughly for a few seconds. I found if I turn the key on and let it on, without starting the engine for about 10 seconds, it will start up right away. After it's running it runs good!
Something is going on with the fuel system bleeding down.
there's a small leak somewhere..take it to a shop and have them look at it. Could be in a number of areas but with hands on they'll be able to help you out.
Sounds like fuel flooding the carburettor.
I would check the air filter is not dirty as this can cause more fuel to get sucked into the carburettor and use a lot of fuel, once you stop the car it has excess fuel in the carburettor then after sitting for a little the excess fuel evaporates.
I would start here as cheap fix just an air filter then look at the fuel filter and spark plugs.
Hope this helps.
Regards Craig
Check the fuel filter!
it might be clogged

get a couple bottles of gas line antifreeze .. if you don't already use it and add it to the gas.

I'd suggest the ignition control module, however I'd have a certified mechanic check it out just in case...
