Question about 1994 Buick LeSabre

94 Buick Lesabre Shaking

I have a 1994 Buick Lesabre Limited and it seems to have issues with shaking between 45-50 MPH. It also jerks the car back and forth if you keep the accelerator pressed. The shaking/jerking stops as soon as the accelerator is let up on or if you gun it the shaking/jerking stops as well. I have gotten the O2 sensor changed and balanced my tires but the problem still persists. I assume it may be a transmission issue but I really hope not. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, it is getting quite frustrating..

The speedometer registers as high as 100mph at normal speed and then flucuates back an forth

if its anything like the 1994 Buick regal there's a plastic worm gear in the speedo that wears out. Keep your eye out for a used cluster.

I have a 1994 buick lesaber limited my fan won't turn off

It is normal for the fan to run a couple of minutes after the engine stops running. If it still runs it could be a bad thermostatic switch.
