sounds like you also damaged tie rod ends and possibly your cv axle as well. a chuck of concrete like that will cause bad damage. put car on hoist and have a close look
If steering wheel shakes bad tire on front. If whole car shakes bad tire on rear. Or tires could be out of balance. If steering wheel shakes when brakes applied, front rotors are warped.
If it only does it when you are using the brakes, I would check the brakes on both sides. If it does it without using the brakes, I would look for a bad tire on the front. One of the tires could have a broken belt inside the tread. Could also be a bad wheel bearing on the front.
it could be your wheel bearing that need to be replaced. and replace your waterpump and timing belt! thats why your steering wheel shakes. does your whole dash board shake too?
Does it shake when you're going fast? If that's the case then have the wheel balanced. If the wheel is unbalanced it will shake during high speed driving. Try to check the underchassis bushings too. If you have worn out bushings issues like this can occur.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
Is it shaking when you are doing high speeds or low speeds? Is the steering wheel juddering as well? Are any of the wheels hot to touch? If it is I would have your brake calipers looked at as they may be sticking. Most likely a faulty brake hose.
if pulls right when braking, then l/h brake is faulty, the ajustments on the steering arms not even so steering bob/rack is self centering so r/h ajustment is too tinht,,wheels shaking=wheel bent, out of balance, bearings in hub worn so wheel wobbles
ok, if this is slow speed you have a tire that is seperating and is dangerous, high speed, get the wheels balanced, if when brake applied, have the brake rotors machined or replaced.
