Can anyone please provide a picture of the location of the oilt filter on a 2005 Nissan Altima
The oil filter is located behind the right (passenger) inner fender cover. It is right next to the crankshaft pulley at the bottom of the front of the engine facing toward the right front wheel. I do not have a picture at this time.

Yes I have crawled under the car to attempt to find it. I have the 2.5 SL CVTC engine. It looks like the filter is on the right side but it's hard to tell.

If it's round about 3 inches long that's it
If you crawl under the car you will see it. Have you done that?
